Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

After your application has been reviewed and accepted, QW School will issue a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) required for your study permit application.

Tuition for the first semester and the non-refundable administration fee must be received before the LOA is issued.

Study Permit

International students who require a study permit must apply through the appropriate Canadian visa office using the Letter of Acceptance issued by QW School.

Study permit decisions are made solely by Canadian immigration authorities.
